Welcome; to the Kern Soccer Referee Association (KSRA).

 

 

The purpose of this charter is to establish an administrative body of the Kern Soccer Referee Association. The goal of the Kern Soccer Referee Association is to foster the growth and talent for the love of the game of soccer. Every attempt and effort should be made toward that end. The responsibility of the association will be for the administration of the referees who are members of the association as well as referees from other areas who are working within the jurisdiction of the KSRA.
